2. Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
Yes, absolutely. All packages can be adjusted to better suit your vision, timeline, or budget. Whether it’s adding extra hours, a specific location, or unique content needs. Just let me know what you're looking for and we’ll build the perfect session together.
3. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
Turnaround time depends on the session type, but typically:
Portraits, branding, and studio sessions: 3-7 business days
Weddings and elopements: 4–6 weeks
Events and Concerts: Next business day
You’ll receive a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads and social media-ready files.
4. How do I prepare for a portrait session with you?
I’ll send you a prep guide before your session with tips on wardrobe, grooming, and what to expect. Generally, choose outfits that reflect your personality and make you feel confident. Get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, and bring any personal items that help tell your story. I’ll guide you through everything during the shoot. No modeling experience needed!
5. How many products can be photographed during a product photography session?
It depends on the complexity of the shoot and the time booked. On average, a 1-hour session can cover 5–10 simple products with clean setups. If you need styled setups, lifestyle shots, or multiple angles per product, we’ll plan accordingly. Custom packages are available for larger collections or ongoing content needs.
6. Do you travel for sessions outside of the Santa Ynez Valley?
Yes, I’m happy to travel! Whether it’s for a wedding, branding shoot, or concert, I offer services throughout California and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance. Just reach out with your location and I’ll provide a custom quote.
7. Will I have the rights to use the photos?
Yes, you’ll receive full personal usage rights for all your edited images. That means you can print them, post them online, and share with family or friends. For commercial or branding sessions, you'll also get usage rights for marketing purposes. I just ask for photo credit when sharing on social media.
8. Do you require a deposit to book a session?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. This helps lock in your spot and ensures I can fully dedicate the time and preparation your shoot deserves.
9. CAN I RESCHEDULE?
Yes you may reschedule your session up to two times within two months of your original booking date, as long as you give at least 48 hours’ notice. After two reschedules or if the two-month window passes, your deposit will be forfeited, and you’ll need to book a new session. Exceptions may be made for circumstances outside of your control (such as emergencies or severe weather) if agreed upon in advance.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes you can book now and pay later using Affirm or Klarna at checkout. Please note that standard credit card processing fees will apply.
